Confidentiality
No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text/ SMS Marketing
If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from UniLash, you will receive text messages at the phone number you provide. These messages might be automated and might include promotional offers and/or information related to UniLash.

Consent to Receive Automated Messages
You understand that consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchase or service of UniLash. Messages may include but are not limited to appointment confirmations, future appointments, appointment updates and special offers.

Frequency of Messages
Message frequency may vary based on number of appointments, account activity and ongoing promotions.

Opt- Out and Support Options
You may opt-out of receiving texts at any time by texting "STOP" and you will be unsubscribed/ no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm that you have unsubscribed. Should you wish to re-subscribe, you may text "START".

Terms & Conditions
Scheduling policy
To proceed with the reservation we require a $30 deposit for scheduling an Eyelash extensions fill or full set, as well as lash lift or brow lamination. The deposit can be applied towards the service or transferred towards the next appointment. Failure to process the deposit within 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us a notice 24 hours prior to your appointment time, otherwise, a $50 fee will be applied. Fee may be taken from a deposit or/and card on file.
Rescheduling your appointment less than 24h prior your scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee.
No show will result in a cancellation fee.
Late Policy
Clients that are over 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling or cancelling with cancellation fee. Please be aware if unable to arrive on time and Stylist agrees to see you the time for the services won't be extended and it may affect the results. In this case, Company does not take responsibility for the results.
If you are a new client, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to a scheduled time to complete paperwork. Please come without any eye makeup or strip lashes. Avoid caffeine and energy drinks to prevent eyes from twitching. Make sure you clean your lashes before an appointment to get the best result.
